HonHon's Condo Crisis

I received a phone call from HonHon's condo manager the other day about pipes breaking on the 7th floor, 2 floors above his parent's condo. He had tried to get a hold of someone for weeks and apparently found my work number through the management holdings. I had left my work number with them when I was inquiring about a new set of security fobs for his place. Well, I thought it might have been a pretty horrible leak and it sounded like the leak was also in his condo but when I got there to check it out, it wasn't so bad! It seemed that most of the damage was in the common area hallway and there was very small amount of water damage in his doorway.
